Teen TV

What TV shows did you watch when you were a teenager? What shows does your teen watch now? Hollywood Teen Movies Presents Teen TVis a great website for reliving your favorite TV shows and getting a look at the shows your teen and teens of other generations have enjoyed.

In my teen years, I watched shows like “Welcome Back, Kotter,” “Happy Days,” and “The Partridge Family.” I never got into “The Brady Bunch” very much, although it was from the same area. Some other shows I enjoyed, even though I was past my teen years, were “21 Jump Street” and “The Facts of Life.”

Of course, I’ve always been a TV junkie, particularly sci-fi. I did my best to raise my now-teenage daughter on shows like “Star Trek,” “The Twilight Zone,” and “Battlestar Galactica,” among other shows. Sadly, it doesn’t seem to have made much of a dent, since she mostly prefers reality shows now. Although I’m pleased to note that when an episode of “Star Trek” comes on, she does, within the first five minutes, know which episode it is, because she watched so many of them growing up! I’m hoping that, maybe, the true obsession with these things is simply skipping a generation and one day her children will be sitting on grandma’s lap enjoying these things!

Anyway, try out Teen TV. If you’ve been interested in TV at all, you’ll like getting a look at teen shows through the years, and comparing them. They also have great pictorial looks at teen movies through the years, and quotes from teen movies. Enjoy!
